Получил сие устройство. сменные насадки лучше обработать от заусенцев, которые остались после отливки в формы, иначе можно ухо поцарапать, сама головка по моему мнению не достаточно глубокая, но уши чистит. Наверное проще ватными палочками чистить, предварительно намочив тёплой водой
